Norm's podcast has just been killing it. So many amazing moments per week. This week had a couple, including Norm going to town on the bucket of chicken and him laughing when Larry King brought up Mike Wallace's dementia.

Larry King loses his shit. It's hilarious.

This one hurts. Dude was essential to Slayer's formula. He will be missed.

Exactly what I was about to post. Nothing else matters right now. Shit! Fuck!

One observation: His face looks like a cunt.

Norm should probably share one of his sandwiches.

Norm Macdonald Live knocks it out of the park again with Billy Bob Thornton.

It's just such an awesomely weird sketch from my favorite SNL season.

Keep your eyes peeled for Bob Odenkirk in that sketch.

Yeah, Norm was stuffing his face like an elephant at the circus.

Token Norm Macdonald Live thread.
This week he had on Russell Brand on and it was interesting to see them interact. Very different styles, but they seemed to appreciate one another.

And I don't need to justify my feelings that you're over-reacting and your ability to understand context is overwhelmed by a need to express righteous indignation.

I don't give much of a shit about Brad Paisley, but I will co-sign on this. The song is a mess of good intentions gone awry, but you can't necessarily demonize the good intentions.

How do you phone in an episode with only one recurring sketch? Sorry, The Californians are phoned-in, that piece on Thatcher was not.

How do you complain about blackface when they literally made the joke that it was not OK to have blackface? Do you hate context?

Your sense of time on this is all wrong. When Poehler joined the show, the SNL cast already included Tina Fey, Rachel Dratch, Maya Rudolph and the veteran Ana Gasteyer. Poehler got bumped up because basically she wasd a known commodity when they hired her (UCB) and her first few episodes kind of proved she was in for

I disagree about Strong. She seems to me to be the most fully-formed of the women. It's depressing how underused Pedrad is, but it's been great to see Bayer find her niche. The writers are still figuring out Bryant, but I like what I've seen so far. The first Girlfriends sketch was one of my favorites of the season.

She's probably my least favorite of the five women on the show in terms of being funny (she's just a little too Wiig/Oteri-ish for me), but I still mostly like her. The second part is irrelevent (but she's pretty enough).

Shitty taste, dude.

I…liked it.
