It's established in the comics that the more well known a fable is, the harder it is to kill. It's really just using source material there.

Curling is on right now, and there are matches at 5 and 10am as well.

Now to get regular coverage for Space Dandy.

I think this deserved a one season wonder grade just for Kolchak alone. He's one of my favorite TV characters of all time.

Lichtenstein isn't a former British protectorate, to my knowledge.

How is that trolling the audience? And you watched the movie AFTER the finale?

NOT ABRAMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I approve.

Ghost in the Shell.

I'm watching Champloo right now, and honestly don't see how it got this reputation. Yeah, I guess it's got a bit more comedy, but 1/2 of the way through it's almost as dramatic as Bebop was.

Because Mark Sanchez will be back in the next game, and the next season and it isn't the end. But for Figure Skaters? That fall could literally be the culmination of their only shot at the pinnacle of their sport. The stakes are much higher.

Indeed, Plushenko got robbed.

Honestly, after finally breaking the riddle that is getting into a Paradox game, the learning curve is not steep. it's the sheer amount of information and pages it throws at you that obfuscates things. At least with EU4 and CK2, it's not a hard game to learn, but a hard game to get the hang of managing, in terms of

Yes, but the overlap of the fanbase I would say is pretty significant. It just to me seems like Paradox is capitalizing on the failure of Creative Assembly (Rome 2 makes me cry with how broken it is) and the stagnation (it sounds harsh but I say it with love) of Civ. With how small the entire strategy genre is getting

Yeah, the only real backlash I see against the show, i.e. the people who think it isn't good, are angry it's not Bebop.

I've never seen someone flail and fail to recognize central themes in a show so badly before. His choice to go sub on probably the one god damn anime that has a majority agree the dub is better didn't help.

That this doesn't have weekly coverage is still criminal.

But then again, we could get the shitshow that was the Cowboy Bebop reviews.

There is an argument for continuity, and a theory that involves a multiverse that would explain why the Gogol Empire gives a shit about Dandy, etc. etc. It's compelling, and believable at the moment.

I gotta say, after finally figuring out how to play Paradox Grand Strategy games, I don't think Civ will ever be enough for me again.
