Rumplestiltskin might just be the worst character on television. I don't know whether to blame Carlyle or the director(s)/writers, but every verbal tic and laugh is excruciating. It's an embarrassing performance.

I actually thought Stealthy was a pretty funny gag. Or at least I took it to be much more silly and playful than it seems like everyone else did.

I thought the episode was decent overall, but the game show bit was one of the funniest things I've seen in a long time.

Dave Holmes told a great story about Jesse Camp a few years back on Never Not Funny.

Nice to see Never Not Funny on the top of someone's list. A world where NNF isn't at the top of everyone's list is a world I don't want to live in.

It's not the worst thing ever, but I can see that kind of thing really messing a kid up. Sure some kids can take it, but some can't. And if it shows…

I listened to Radiohead for the first time in the last few years, and I listened to Arcade Fire for the first time just before the Suburbs were released. They're both great bands that I can't believe I hadn't given a chance sooner.

Who got killed? I just watched this one pretty recently and I don't recall anyone other than Aresia actually dying. Don't the others just get tossed off into the ocean or whatever? I'd chalk that up as them being taken out of commission temporarily so Wonder Woman and Hawkgirl could deal with Aresia.

I would buy the shit out of an Ed DVD series box set. I absolutely loved that show and I loved the characters. Maybe it doesn't hold up or I'm remembering it more fondly than it deserves but I really hate that is still isn't on DVD. Or even Netflix streaming for that matter.
