I only first tuned in to hate watch—the trailers were truly inexplicable—but The Neighbors is smart-silly fun. I'm stoked it's sticking around longer. I'd say it was the best new sitcom of the season but I didn't log in just to give it a backhanded compliment like that.

Everything starts fine, honest anecdotes about Minnelli and Sinatra and Jerry Lewis, but then she tapers off and finally drops all that classic MacLaine craziness right at the end there

I look forward to the day when the courtesy of bringing a dead show back to life is extended to a good TV show, Arrested Development Netflix limited mini-series excluded. This news, clearly, does not herald the coming of that day.
Awake is officially a long-running series, having been on the air twice as long as Lone Star.
The cancellation is too imminent. We're at the point where it just saddens me to watch. This is no reflection of the wonderful show, just of the unfortunate context in which we have to watch it.
I'll keep watching 'til the bitter end, but, man, except for Jack Davenport, the original songs, and the frank approach to gay relationships, this is proving to be the biggest waste of potential since, dare I say it, Studio 60
