I'd be shocked if he got nominated - Emmys rarely nominate first-year cancelled programs. And best actor is always highly competitive: Cranston, Jon Hamm, Damien Lewis, Michael C. Hall, and Hugh Laurie in his final year are all probably a lock. I think Olyphant is likely (and deserving). And that would be a full slate.
