I like to think that Agent Casper got transferred to SHIELD and had his name changed. It's a central thread in the West Wing/Avengers fanfic I can't be bothered to write.

Z For Zachariah and Hatchet
I remember reading both of these (and the Hatchet sequels) within the space of a couple of months when I was about 14. Clearly teenaged me felt the need to brush up on survivalist skills. I still own Hatchet, just in case I ever have to fly over the Canadian wilderness with a heart-attack…

So glad to see this finally get the AV Club treatment. I was 13 when it first aired and I feel like every moment of my life since then has been somehow informed by Spaced.
