Bello always gives 100%. Pairing her with Sheen for this film was dream casting. She should be nominated for an Oscar someday but she won't. I think she and Jeff Daniels are cursed to be overlooked for the entirety of their careers. Not that the fucking Oscars mean much nowadays anyway, but…
Amazing album
I'm not sure I love it as much as their first album but it's still a completely amazing follow-up. It gives goosebumps in all the right places and Pecknold's lyrics are heartbreaking.
I saw them in Montreal last spring and he had the same reaction to the crowd just being putty in his hands. He actually said "Holy shit, I think this is our best show ever. You guys are amazing."
