One thing to note about the increased episode order is that Peter Atencio will be stepping back a bit for the second half of the season, as the show has hired Payman Benz and Fatal Farm to help direct some episodes. I love Atencio's work on the show a lot, but maybe adding some new directors to the mix will give the

Yeah, the pizza employee was played by comedian Fortune Feimster (who is one of the leads in the new Tina Fey/Robert Carlock FOX pilot), and Blake said he would "suck her tits," which Blake himself confirmed on his Twitter.

I completely agree about the Mikal Cronin album. One of last year's best albums. I'm pretty sure Cronin plays on Hair, as well (and he also plays on the upcoming Ty Segall Band album mentioned in the review).

You seem fun.

Yeah, I doubt they will move Treme to Monday (due to the aforementioned Bored to Death/Enlightened Monday block experiment not working for them). It just seems like HBO is making Veep and Girls their main priority (besides GoT) for the spring. This Variety article from November 9th says this:

With Treme's low-ratings, I think that will be the show relegated to either a summer airdate or a Monday airdate (even though HBO didn't have success with that this year with Bored to Death/Enlightened). With Game of Thrones being such a big hit for them (that should only get bigger), they would rather use the lead-in

Veep will probably premiere on either April 8th or 15th (paired with Lena Dunham's Judd Apatow-produced comedy Girls).

Modern Family is a 20th Century FOX show, like Raising Hope, which is likely the reason why they could mention it, but not Happy Endings.

More often than not, Maron stockpiles on episodes months in advance. I believe Jeff Ulrich mentioned it on an episode of The Wolf Den back in June that Maron had all his shows from then until August all scheduled. For example: when Maron was on Q with Jian Ghomeshi on May 26th, he mentioned that Demetri Martin was

Yeah, that was a series low point.

I loved that, with all of the males voicing female characters on the series, they had Sarah and Laura Silverman voice the twin boys.

Yeah, they played the instrumental of "Woke Up Near Chelsea" tonight, and they also played an instrumental of "Where Was My Brain?" earlier in the season during another game.

Ben Best co-wrote Your Highness with Danny. So, i imagine they are all still on speaking terms, and it's nothing personal. Also, Shawn Harwell, the guy who is writing all of S2 with Jody and Danny, wrote the majority of S1 as well. So it's not like Best brought a ton to the show behind the scenes, anyway.

"You wrecked my fucking boat, you goon!"

Really? I think the live action stuff has been the best part of adult swim for the past couple years, Venture Bros and Mary Shelley's Frankenhole withstanding.

I think Curb is the darkhorse winner for Comedy Series. The Seinfeld stuff was just so expertly handled, and even the non-Seinfeld episodes were just some of the funniest halfhours I saw this year. There's also heavy familiarity with seeing the Seinfeld cast again for the voters, which might help it top two freshmen

I'm glad i'm not the only one who enjoyed this movie. The scene with Ferrell/McBride/Taccone , and the crab is just such a delightfully absurd scene.

Except that the comment wasn't trying to be funny, and actually contributed to the topic. Unlike your comment.

Starting in the beginning of June, it will air for 13 episodes in a row. Then, it'll return in the fall on Fridays where it will run for another batch, likely adding up in total to 22-24 episodes.

He is.
