I never felt more pretty than this one time about 20 years ago…  I was out with friends at a rock club.  I made lots of eye contact with cute chicks at the club, but did nothing about it, as usual.  On the walk back to my car, the nearby gay club let out, and I was hit on rather aggressively by 3 different guys. I'd vote for "amazing" - 20-something women will describe almost anything that wasn't horrible as "amaaaazing" as in "oh my god those store-brand plain potato chips are amaaazing."

In China, spitting is the national pastttime.  I heard that if all the people in china gozzed at the same time, we'd lose the west coast.

When in doubt, go for a British accent - it gives an "illusion" of good acting.  The way a bow-tie gives the illusion of nonexistent iq points.

my take as well - HOWEVER, was claiming to be a sandonista a better choice than claiming her love for her vampire brother?

This show is pretty much locked into its soap-opera structure, where every plot & character has at least some time dedicated to it, in a series of 2-minute miniscenes.  Would it be better with a Lost-like structure of tighter focus, mixed with various flash-backwards-sideways-parallels?  Not sure…

I actually hated her more in her introductory scene than currently.  I think the actress has skills, but a likability issue.  Which usually means she should either be a villain, an antihero, or on the sidelines.  The show runners aren't getting that, placing an unlikable actress in an unlikable role, in situations
