And a miniseries entitled "The Return of Bruce Wayne" which deals with him jumping through time back to the present after everyone thought he died in "R.I.P".

DEFINITELY read "Birth of the Demon". It's EXCELLENT. I don't think it's for Ra's die-hards though. Basically, if you know who Ra's Al Ghul is, and that he's centuries old, you're set. It's an origina story, and all the characters and developments you need are introduced in-story.

Because Morrison realized there's no reason you can't have a fun, sci-fi infused Batman to counter the grim "high school angst Batman" tht Frank Miller imitators brought into the world.

Since Batman sold well before the reboot all the stuff that happened to him still happened. Or at least the majority of it. It was a soft reboot, basically.

I'm re-re-reading it now from the start. God, it's such a fun adventure. If there is a way to get more progressively "hooked" on something this epic run does it with each new story development.

I wish I could hug you through the internet for this statement, but I can't, so instead you get a "like".

The only bad thing about "All-Star Batman and Robin" is that we never got to see how completely over-the-top the rest of it would have been if Miller was allowed to finish it.

NEXT, Next Steps:

Ra's found out who Batman was too.One trend I like in recent years is how a select number of Bat-villains now know his secret identity, but don't divulge it to other people, because they want to the be the one to kill him.Or, in the case of The Joker, the guy just doesn't give a shit. He'd rather just keep fucking

Exactly. And if someone tells you they don't like a show where the *second episode* features Batman teaming up with Plastic Man to fight dinosaurs and a super-intelligent ape at a place called "Dinosaur Island", well, then I just don't think that person can enjoy things.

I don't know what this headline is implying, I see a LOT of noms for "Breaking Bad", "Curb Your Enthusiasm" and "Louie" on here. What the hell else do you need to legitamize the awards for you? "Community" was never going to get a nod, because it's not to everyone's taste, regardless of how rampantly we all love it.
