While I don't love it as much as Empire, I do have a lot of love for Jedi. One, I had the oddest crush on Mark Hamil as a young girl and he was the dreamiest in Jedi. Two, I really do love the throne room battle between Luke, Vader, and the Emperor.

Ah, I like The Little Sister a lot, too. I was planning on working my way through all of Chandler's stuff (I've also read The Long Goodbye), but I got sidetracked by reading through the James Bond novels.
For what it's worth, I was wondering about any shared production companies and you saved me the trouble of looking. Thanks, Vader!
I've read the first three trades and I have the fourth one, which will be read sometime this week. There's a good chance I'll get sucked in and read it all in one sitting, as I've done with the first three.

I woke up with a clown's hand down my pants…that's what I did today.
I spent many many many hours playing Empire on the NES. Between the god damned mantis on Dagobah and the scout walkers on Cloud City, I spent many of those hours enraged.
While I enjoyed the Lord of the Rings movies well enough, but I've never been hugely into traditional swords and horses fantasy novels, but I watched the first season of Game of Thrones and loved it and am now about 100 pages from the end of the first book.
coming out of Naked Lunch: "I can think of two things wrong with that title!"
"But, Marge, a gun is a tool. Like a butcher knife or a harpoon, or an alligator."
*peruses the whacking material*
I recently finished the first season of Game of Thrones, so I started in on the books this weekend. I'm about halfway through Game of Thrones now, and all I want to do is dream of Winterfell (yes, yes, a massive geek am I).
I got into the Mountain Goats through Moral Orel….I really miss that show.
I always found wanton cruelty hilarious myself.
The world's a twisted place.
