Yeah, I agree. I'm not completely against the idea - actually, I'm sure Fringe can pull it off if they're banking on how much the longtime fans want to see these characters happy - but at this point, I really think that ending it on a bittersweet note would be a lot more poignant.

They can't really exercise those superpowers until they've actually got their hands on one of them though, right? It definitely defies logic a bit that the Fringe team would be able to remain out of sight so easily, but I feel like Windmark hadn't actually begun thinking of them as a significant threat until recently.
