I remember in '96 getting a new Pentium computer for college from Quantex, and the first thing I did was marvel about how fast it could run pipes. It had a 17 inch monitor, which seemed insanely big at the time.

I thought the whole point of offshore accounts is that they are outside the jurisdiction of the US, so I don't understand how the DEA can "freeze" an account in another country, or even find out the balance of an offshore account using just the number.   Sure they could get the money if you wired it to the U.S., but…
