This was really great.  Cryer comes across as such a fun, relatively normal guy.  Loved his anecdotes, his enthusiasm, his feeding you interview questions :)  Hopefully, Will, you'll be more prepared with the lip-syncing questions in the future!

I'm glad it's not just me.  I find Ellen and everyone's love of her (characters on the show that is) to be baffling, but I suppose it's not untrue to life.  I just hated her so much those few episodes involving the tax crisis.

In a sense it is, but in this instance that toxin was "wheat grass".

Look at some colonoscopy pictures online. There isn't years-old-shit stuck in people's colons.  If you feel better doing it, that's fine, but it's not cleaning out your colon.

Jesus Christ I'm tearing up reading that last paragraph, Todd.

@avclub-ac43afb6b0c7843fe8d6505bd9013e1e:disqus As a woman is a pretty good ping pong player, I actually disliked that aspect of it :)  But I actually liked the ping pong storyline, especially Kelly's sing-songy insults.  But I love the deposition part of it so much I don't really even think about the B storyline.

I read that as "house haunting" and couldn't help but be disappointed by the rest of the post.

Don't blame Kickstarter for Zach Braff.

I don't get why people think diarrhea is "cleansing".  No one gets Giardia then raves about how cleansed they feel.  Except this ravingly vain friend of mine who loves how thin she looks after two weeks of non-stop diarrhea (I am not kidding about this).

Dealing with a Samsung repair person with attitude.  Lot's of "ummmm"ing like Gary Cole's character in Office Space.  Why the fuck can't Samsung get the model type of my computer from the serial number?  How is that information not linked?  "ummmmm, that only tells us the warranty information, maam."  "ummmmm, how are

Should have scrolled down - I agree, this is one of my favorite episodes.  I think it harkens back to the feel of the UK Office more than any other ep with the discomforting humor.  Plus, lots of David Wallace!

The Deposition is definitely in my top 3 Office episodes.

I hope Spider-Man doesn't turn out to be a huge career misstep for him.  He was terrific in the 3 things I saw him in prior to that (TSN, Red Riding, and Never Let Me Go) and it's a shame Spidey is all some people know him for.

Yes!  That first film is all kinds of fantastic and he does a great job.

I think the movie suffers from lacking the slow-build of the book.  In trying to skip a lot of the kids stuff, they just plunge head-first into the organ donor story.  I think it would have benefited from a reorganization of the story to build more tension.  But the performances really are quite good, especially

Next they'll just go down the cast of Oz.  Mayhem to the rescue!

If I threw a party where all we did was play Monopoly, would you come?

So, you knew Williamsburg before it was cool?  No wonder hipsters don't bother you!  ;)

I would argue that 'Holland, 1945' is as good as popular culture of the last 50 years get, yes.

I really love that album and the fuzzy bassline that permeates it.
