DC was in a particularly awkward position because 9/11 happened at a time when Lex Luthor was the president of the U.S.
I'm pretty sure it was never referenced directly in D.C. but never denied either.
Now that the New 52 is around, nothing happened before, not in the "official" DC Universe, anyway.

Not for you maybe… What about the guys without dates like meeeeeeeeeehmmmmmmy friend?

@Patrick_Batman:disqus Or nuke them all from orbit. It's the only way to be sure….

Outrageous!

In Hispanic culture, "chicken-corn" is the term for a DC character serving as an analogue to a Marvel character who was once the analogue for a DC character but only in a cartoon.

… it doesn't get a ton of use….

Wymer! This is for your benefit! Will you kindly wake up? I've no intention of going through this all again.

Hate to break it to you but he wanted you to kiss him.
So you really won by walking away….

C'mon! It was so obvious. Weren't you asking yourself, Hey, wait a minute, how come his performance is the same in every movie…?

Jimmy Kimmel, you wre-he-he-he-he-he-he-he-he-he-hecked me!
As you can tell from the way I'm licking a sledgehammer naked.

He was the "bad guy" in Mortal Thoughts unless you count the women who killed him and he seemed to be set up as the bad guy in Perfect Stranger but I never saw it and it looked like one of those movies with a dumb twist so maybe it turned out he was Secret Service or something.

Nah, it was just a fart….

Well what do you expect? He's been DEAD THIS WHOLE TIME!!!!

Think Bruce Willis has it bad? How about that guy who used to draw the barrel-chested Superman? That guy was really Boring!

So here's a weird bit of interpretation that would only be possible for the comic book fan.
I've never been a fan of Marvel's Hercules. Never thought it was a good idea for him or Thor to be part of the Marvel universe, especially since they appear not as versions of myth but as actual demi-gods/gods, which raises too

He did. Don't think he ever had any lines though.

In fairness to Vixen as a character, Animal Man was pretty damn obscure up until the point that he was revived by Grant Morrison. In fact, I'm pretty sure Morrison said he chose to do an Animal Man series because he could (and did) do whatever he wanted with the character whose previous "big" appearance was as a

Stupid inanimate carbon rod… It's all just a big popularity contest!

Not quite: Lorne Michaels yearns for the days when he would yearn for a young starlet to do … whatever the hell that was….

"Miley" is shorter than "Smiley"…?

I've never timed it but it seemed to me that Heimdall got a pretty good amount of screen time for a supporting character.
Also, to be fair, we're talking about a movie about a comic book character loosely based on a myth. It never would have been worth the time and effort to start a facebook group, especially when
