GET OFF THE SHED!

Well McGarnagle, Billy is dead. They slit his throat from ear to ear.

You know, I don't think anyone died more than twice in that movie. Seems like a missed opportunity.

Remember that weird scene where she & Bullock suddenly get all flirty about a cup of tea she just made? I ask because it's the only scene with her in season 3 that I actually remember.

Hey, Jack warned him.

I think Peterman and Steinbrenner still rank ahead.

The only two X-Files seasons I've seen every episode of from start to finish are the last two seasons. Everything else is just scattered reruns. I liked them quite a bit at the time, but since so many fans insist those seasons are terrible that probably means I'll have a pretty warped sensibility when I go back and

I didn't start watching Lost until it's fourth season. I just jumped straight into it, and it wasn't too difficult. Whenever there was something I found confusing, I could just look it up online and be up to speed in minutes. At the time I said that I'd go back and watch the first three eventually, but I haven't done

At this point, I'd say he's couple years away from committing to an HBO series full time.

Who else spotted the Steve Rhoades cameo?

@The_Guilty_Party:disqus You got a better idea?

Agreed. I don't consider it that unrealistic of an expectation. The demographic they're chasing is similar to the demographic HBO and Showtime chase, names people for whom the subscription cost isn't much of a hardship. $8 a month? I spend about four times that much each month just on chicken wings, and I'm not even

"and is a little over halfway past his goal,"

This guy Will Gluck is showing up in a bunch of showbiz articles because apparently he's producing a bunch of pilots, and all I can ever think when I see his name is what fucking terrible, ugly sounding last name "Gluck" is.

The thing I remember most about that movie is there's a flashback at the end revealing who Sharon Stone that is pretty much identical to a flashback in Once Upon a Time in the West that reveals who Charles Bronson is. It seemed to cross the line from homage to outright theft and really kind of pissed me off.

Black Hawk Down is an inaccurate example of a dumping ground opener. It received a limited release in the final week of December prior to going wide in mid-January. It received a standard late-season prestige release, similar to what Zero Dark Thirty got this year.

Nah, the Judd Apatow Anchorman connection is what led to 40 Year Old Virgin.

You know, an argument could be made that The 40 Year Old Virgin had much more to do with making Carell's career than The Office did. The Office was an at best marginal ratings performer prior to that movie coming out.

Small Time Crooks was my first Woody Allen movie. However much it might pale in comparison to his other films, it was good enough to make my teenage self want to seek out his other movies, so I'll always appreciate it for that.

She's 46.
