OMG. Not even one to the second episode and I already agree with 2 full points Sims makes.

To be fair, Dean is a teenage boy. I think his reactions, insanity, unwillingness to talk it out, and overly dramatic break up are true to form for a 17 year old kid.

Reverse My Name is Earl… I'd watch that.

"They Shoot Gilmores…" is hands down my favorite episode of the series.  I love how sweet Jess finally is on the dock, I love that Dean finally spoke up about the truth that was so evident to everyone for months now, I love the crazy dance nonsense.  Mostly, I just love that Rory was finally able to admit to herself,

I loved Dave but I own a shirt that says "Mrs. Seth Cohen".  Sad.

I don't think is about economic status at all, its about willful ignorance. You can go to one of the food trucks around University City here and get some of the best ethnic food you've ever had for literally less than $7.  There is a cart that serves some amazing Halal food for $5 a pop (including a free drink!). You

I'm a lawyer and I live in Philly and I SWEAR TO GOD I've worked at the same firm as Krissi before, but I can't remember her for certain.  Either way, she is the worst. And I hate the ways she is like "We don't eat fancy food like that in Philly." Ugh, she is the worst of what this area has to offer. Yes, we do eat

Ha! HAHAHA! Love. :)

"Lorelai’s dream about Luke is adorable and just shows off how strong Lauren Graham’s chemistry with Scott Patterson is. “I’ll put a toy in your cereal!” “Dirty!”"

Oh agreed. I think almost every scene with Francie (why did I think it was Francine?) should have been edited out.

It really is a great scene. Added respect for your comment for the Troy Barnes link. :)

I haven't read this full review yet, but I couldn't wait to say that I'M SO EXCITED THAT WE'VE MOVED INTO SEASON 3! I can't wait for the review of "They Shoot Gilmores, Don't they?"

Sorry to be an non-pile-on-er, but I unreservedly loved this episode. It was fun. It was ridiculous. Eric, Jason, Alcide mostly naked. Bill mostly clothed. Vampires playing volleyball in the day time!

UGH. I feel like you need to dance with the one who brung ya 'til the bitter end. But maybe I'm just angry.

I was feeling pretty sad about this too until I read a little piece from Vulture that made me feel better. Not to go cross-populating nerd sites on you, but here it is: http://www.vulture.com/2013…

I'm not really a *clutches pearls while screaming, "What about the children?!"* type, but I honestly feel that this subject is just too heavy and too dark for TV. It was an excellent episode, please don't get me wrong, I just walked away feeling so soul sick.

When I think about how ridiculous the first two season are I actually get kind of angry. I mean, they tried to stretch the story of finding 1 killer out over 2 seasons, or 2 YEARS in real life. I'm not saying actual murder investigations in real life can't last that long, but for a show to expect that it could hold

*respect*

I am with you CWB.  I always got very annoyed with Lorelai when she acted like this, and I feel like it happened all too regularly. I get that your parents were awful when you were a kid, but that doesn't give you license to continue acting like a angsty teenager well into your 30s.

This, in a nutshell, is why I prefer Jess to Dean (aside from just generally thinking Jess is more physically attractive than Dean): " The fact that they’re all arguing about books is crucial—this is why Rory and Paris are officially friends now (forever and ever, amen) and the critical temptation offered by Jess.
