I could not stop focusing on Young-hee's kitchen. So, so very 21st century. I totally agree that this seemed like a huge oversight.

I'm so torn: as a season finale of a great series with a lot more story to tell, this is exactly how this episode had to go story-wise; but, as a desperate romantic, and a Rebecca/Greg 'shipper, I am so bummed by the John ending. The look on Josh's terrified face when he realized that Rebecca has been sort of…
Probably one of the moments that had me laughing the hardest all season, and that's saying something. As someone who suffered from a string of UTIs my junior year (abroad in Italy) in college (though I mostly blame too much wine, not sex) that song struck so many right notes for me. This show is so awesome.
As a small boobed woman, that video made me so, so thankful for my (lack of) figure. The scenes of the flapping and bouncing made my own chest hurt. Ouch. I couldn't imagine hulling those things around for life.
Here's my main problem with this theory: how does being on her own make it less likely she'll have to kill anyone? This theory is blown out of the water in the first 2 minutes of the first episode of the show when she is on her own: she has to kill that entire car full of people just to survive the day. Had she…
I agree, Wednesdayware. It just feels like a total left (or right!) turn to me. Out of nowhere, Bad Ass Super Hero Carol turns into sad, panic attack having meek housewife who doesn't want to kill anymore? If we'd seen even just a shred of this (maybe her praying to her newly found God for forgiveness after each…
Ha. I agree with your thought process, but also strongly agree with this: "Or, perhaps I'm putting way more thought into this show than the writers."
Did we know that Stan was sleeping with that woman? Also, who is she? Completely don't remember her at all from last season.
I hate the Nick/Megan Fox pairing. I can't be the only one, right?
F dean, Kill Logan (with relish) and marry Jess, obviously.
Agree completely. He's head over heels for her and he hates himself for it.
This makes me ANGRY! #TEAMLOGANISTHEWORST
Haven't watched the whole season, so this is not a spoiler just a guess - Robert's illness is going to be what convinces Violet to allow the hospital merger thing to happen, right? He's going to become gravely ill, the surgery/treatment that he needs won't be available at the local hospital, and he otherwise would…
Although, truth be told - a $350K house in rural Wisconsin would likely be a huge megamansion. So, maybe he was the prize?
Ugh. I literally was just reading what he actually texted her. I am an attorney myself (female, not practicing) and on behalf of all attorneys everywhere I would like to apologize to humanity for our existence. He really is a scum bag.
He's too busy sexting an abuse victim whose abuser he was prosecuting. #ethicallawyering
I feel your pain sister.
My only quibble with the Goldbergs is that there is not a chance in hell they could have gotten to Villanova from Jenkintown and back, three times over the space of an evening (ETA: and have had time to do literally anything else). A) Jenkintown is weirdly hard to get to from anywhere and b) Villanova is like on the…
YES! To all of this! YES!
Philly native here, just dropping in to say that I really enjoy the Goldbergs, and the Philadelphian in me really, really appreciates the random Philly references. JTP is hysterical. Also, how does the rest of the country survive without a Wawa on every corner?
