As much as that movie is BS in terms of it's theories, that one scene with Sutherland is some of the best acting ever for the outline of a paranoid government conspiracy ever put on film.

Going way back, Peter Lorre and Rita Hayworth never got Oscar nominations. More recently Mia Farrow, Donald Sutherland, Richard Gere, Alan Rickman, Steve Martin, Hugh Grant, Martin Sheen, Steve Buscemi, and John Tuturro have never got nominations.
