Is it a memorial bench?

Being made fun of about his looks pretty insistantly.

It faltered at the finish line, and then kept faltering down the road for another marathon's distance.

Samsung Innovation Center (sic)

Luckily, a timpano delivery place just opened up down the street!

I was thinking "food in movies never makes me hungry" as I was going down the list but… yeah, Big Night is a big exception.

Croatoan abides.

Forevotes, not backvotes; upvotes, not forevotes; and always flagging, flagging towards freedom.

I'd be lying if I said that it didn't compensate a bit :)

Thank you, The Fuckskilling.

I'd say something about calling other people bullies when Trump is doing… that, which is literal bullying, like schoolyard stuff.

Didn't they have that in the original run?

He was really afraid of having to steal a whole army's memories at a moment's notice?

I'll give you Malina's (that is one soupy elemental mess,) but I think the other connections are cute. Caspar refers to copper specifically, so some kind of psychic conduction? And Phoebe's shadows is the dark to powers' light.

I don't know, I think like I was saying in my original comment that you're looking for exactly the Avengers situations and nothing else: introducing the (protagonist) characters has been 100% done in other movies 100% (minus the dissonant hey this next movie scene) devoted to that before the movie even begins.

But they have more than one movie to do what you're describing. There's this (ugh) Dawn of Justice, then the Wonder Woman movie, then one Justice League movie, then probably the Flash and Aquaman movie and then the second Justice League movie. They could probably do some groundwork with the Suicide Squad movie, which

I liked it a great deal. The wheels get kind of wobbly, but it dares.

I have to agree with the general point there (and not "nothing Warner does will please you" part maybe,) but the idea that the build up is essential to making multi-superhero movies is kind of circular reasoning. It's taking the MCU and saying: the reason this worked so well is because they really developped

"If he wasn't going to call me back, why did he ask me to keep it?"

Yes. And there's a few reasons. I fear don't know myself all that well, I've had a full decade to butch up beforehand (and thus there's a whole age thing too,) I've got little life skills and I've got a pretty shoddy personality (it's true!) which does affect every aspect.
