I used to always defend the Dilbert cartoon as a distinct entity that was actually good, but in the light of this I don't think I'll bother with that in the future (if, you know, anything this guy has created other than his dumb awful screeds ever comes up in conversation again, which is no sure thing.)

The Land Before Time: Back 2 Tha Hood.

That explains why the English theme song (that I just looked up) sounds (more) off compared to the French theme song!

I guess they just saw that Super Mario World had dinosaurs in it, so truly dinosaurs had to be the essence of Super Mario.

The Ankylosaur (the one I had at least) came with a harness mounted ballista, but I think it was with the bad guys, because while the dinosaur mysteriously vanished I still had the ant-like rider for a while after that.

The good guys had the dinosaur with the bone dome! I think they got a lot of mileage out of that one and the various -atops

Wow, I didn't know that about Derek Jacobi.

That's entrapment!

It can be two things.

I don't know where I was going with this, it's not exactly the most widely seen of those shows.

…but what about Deadwood?

I… remember Knowing positively?

Don't tell me what I can't do!

My favourite bit is when British sketch comedians act like they don't know what black face/golliwog/and such is and this character who may look like pretty much exactly that is either totally innocuous or a completely original and spontaneous creation which therefore has no connotations, they swear.

For a moment I thought you mean the original Rake, which ran three seasons, and was mightily confused.

Well, the daughter has made a big show of distancing herself from the father (and vice versa) at some point in the not too distant past if I remember correctly, so I guess they know he's a liability.

So… are you for or against "collective blame?" Because it sounds like you're the one who wants to apply it sometimes, really really hard against huge groups of people for very specific extreme acts but like to call others out for using it… well, when they're not really using it, but I guess for sounding like maybe

I like the opening sequence.

The creature in the first picture makes me think of Blizzard Island for some reason.

It could come up handy.
