So the winner is actually Arby's with a request for tartar sauce on the side (or none) and apply your own when you get home. Although special requests at fast food always seem to gum up the entire process for everyone involved for the rest of the shift.

I'm not much of a Bible scholar, but I was wondering if the trials Kevin Sr. endured on his journey had anything to do with scripture. There was a serpent … talk of a massive flood … terrible fire … he was lost in the desert … I wonder if there were more parallels? I was waiting for locusts and a first-born death.

Second that … we started watching because I love Perotta and love the book. All his work is excellent (Joe College is a fun read). The show has grown so much and packs so many excellent and sensical surprises. The show is an absolute gift.

This episode gave something for Linda to do that was actually fun, supportive and helpful. She's a tricky character but this episode shined a positive light on her.

I've always thought 'depression' was such a bad name for this disease. It's such a causally thrown around word … "I'm depressed I didn't get a raise" … "I'm depressed my team lost the game" … etc.
