Its awesome! :)

OMG I was freakishly addicted to Robotech.

And also the talking Raccoon and talking Tree…

Definitely and that is something that has been engaged with to a great extent in books (my preferred mode of entertainment consumption). It would be great to see thoughtful, film treatments of smaller scale fantasies that deal with what happens to real people in a fantasy/science fiction world: anything by Robin

Yes your point about the 20 stands however I would push it further and say many people dont carry cash at all as we've moved mostly to plastic. However, even when cash is there it becomes an actual chore to use a $100 bill because mostly people think it's counterfeit.

She did it first!

Interesting article Caroline.

I was wondering that too!!! When did Abbie switch the network and WiFi off on her phone…?

The Franklin sequence was fun. Him being very excited about being on the $100 bill and beating Jefferson was adorable. I wish Abbie had pointed out that no one likes to use the "Franklin" because of counterfeiting. I would've enjoyed his reaction.

Yeah, it is pretty sad that they basically had to erase pretty much everything they were trying to accomplish with this season. Its a shame because while Katrina never gelled with Abbie and Ichabod, she was mildly entertaining being a (mediocre) double agent and hanging out with Abraham and John Noble. Ish… Poor

Yes, she developed a welcome bit of personality. At least I could sympathize with why she turned into a cray cray, evil sociopath. RIP less boring Katrina.

Got it! "My kind of garbage" is literally all I wanted from this movie. I might even spend money on it now…

Okay, that makes sense. Maybe I would've felt better if I'd watched it right away but the emotional shock was too much. :(

I didn't really want to get into a circle jerk here because of lack
of time but I must question this, how are PoC and LGBTQ people supposed to instruct when a tone deaf statement like this gets made?

It was nicely atmospheric though. With the blood dripping off and everything.

Lol, is helix really that bad? I tried watching the first episode, got 15 minutes in, hated everyone except the ex-wife and then gave up.

Lol, that would only have improved the scene besides fitting in with Cassie's drug trip (which ended very quickly BTW as soon as Ryan and Cole showed up to rescue her).

Yup

The airbag scene was really fun! As were all of Cole's expressions when he is telling Aaron how to be an action hero. That eye crinkling look of disdain as he is explaining how to use a gun was hilarious.

Yeah, they are not the same person. If Cassie was Jones, what would have prevented her from leaving the CDC message starting them on the plague quest? For that matter, why would they need a message? Jones would just know to send Cole back.
