The annoying guy from New Jersey played by Joe Piscopo is an interesting one. It has the makings of a recurring character sketch that isn't quite there yet.

there's like some 150 cast members, a lot didn't participate. Matthius and Rissley weren'tin the book either. I just read that chapter.  In fact, I know very little about those two.
