What's your take on the posthumous releases? There's a ton of stuff out there, both official and mixtape-official, but some of it is pretty half-cocked and I haven't really taken the effort to sift through it. I'd love a guide from a legit 'pacqian, if you're up to the task.

My understanding is that "Hot dog" is a wide classification that includes wieners (mostly pork, or a mix) and frankfurters (all-beef, and often Kosher). I think if your butcher used a stiffer casing, that was just his choice. I imagine it being good! :)
