Return Of The Living Dead 3 is a great film. Nothing at all like the other two, Brian Yuzna tells the story that basically some random company had picked up the rights to the title, and stipulated that as long as there was a zombie and some brain-eating, they could do what they like with the plot. It's quite a

Did we ever doubt it was going to end up PG-13?

I dunno man, I'm not sold. The jokes aren't any funnier than what any metalhead is already doing, concept-wise.

I don't think it's really fair to describe latter-day Waters as "Limp self-parody". I think an older man will have a more nuanced take on transgression than a younger man, and I think the later Waters films are really just more subtle in their tastelessness.

Great to find out that there are some other cool releases coming out on the new Vestron range, particularly Return Of The Living Dead 3 which I think is criminally underrated.

There was a part of this which reminded me of the inexplicably gruesome game "Sharks" from Action 52, where if you touched a shark blood went everywhere and all that was left was your skeleton.

Surely you could argue that it was MK Trilogy, if you were so sick as to think that was a valid and worthy inclusion in the franchise.

Yeah, I should have said 'either' country rather than both. Or maybe said that I wasn't just talking about domestic box office with regards to its commercial success stateside (some people at Legendary pictures stand to get very rich, either way).

I don't care for this movie; racism is bad; racial politics are complicated because there are commercial factors at play that are themselves complicated; the question of a correct course of action extends far beyond symbolic politics or ideology; Chinese studios fund more Hollywood material than ever before; both

I like the guy who wishes to express that he's "appalled" BEFORE he wishes to express that he's "extremely disappointed".

Could you put Horrible Bosses in, by extension? It's kind of borne out of the same impulse. Bad Bosses may even be a better title.

I'm just like, "I guess?"

Oh come on, it's a show about fucking Psycho. One of the most influential films of the 20th century. Like, top five or something in terms of influence, surely. It doesn't actually matter if the show has the highest aspirations in the world, or the lowest. What have they got to lose?

That's sort of par for the course, isn't it? "That one's Satan, but that one who opposes him, he's um… what's that? No, no he's not God, no, let's not jump to conclusions here! Probably just some other demon or something!"

I've never seen this show, I keep meaning to try it. But Rihanna as Marion Crane is one of those bits of casting that makes a ridiculous amount of sense, like Bruce Campbell playing Elvis (or Reagan, actually).

Hades is basically Satan in the Disney telling, c'mon. And yeah Woods was brill.

If you're a fan you're no doubt already aware of this but there's a 'director's cut' on the way from Scream Factory. We've all been waiting years for it - sadly it's partially sourced from videotape but we might finally get something a bit closer to the (marvelous) novel.

Chernobog is a slavic God, not much is really recorded about him. The Christians retroactively decided he was evil, and therefore a manifestation of Satan but like, when did they NOT do that?

There's a couple of different Satans that are sung about in heavy metal bands, but I think the one I find most appealing is the Venom representation of Satan. He exists entirely to reward and applaud evil people, do evil things and basically be a bad, monstrous creature. No subtlety, no need to try to be human. He
