I loved Wanderlust, That show taught me that the word "blowhole" is a sonic palindrome made all-the-better by a German accent.

Okay, fine, "messieurs" then. Jesus! Ride 'em in, Rawhide.

The plural form of "Mister"
Is "Messrs". Just letting you know.

I don't wish canceraids upon you. No, quite the contrary. I hope you just go on living and living until it becomes a curse.

What's worse is that fucking Eve 6 song from 2000, "Here's to the Night" that they used to play at prom every year.

I second that. I loved their cover of "Rebels".

Austin 3:16

For a split second I got Steve Lillywhite mixed up with Steve Albini. Now, that I'd like to see.

"Moulty" by The Barbarians would fit the bill for this one.

WEEN
"Shinola Volume 1" by Ween is a really great B-sides album.

All time favorites:

Forgive me AV Club, for I have sinned. When I was 12, I bought my copy of Now 2 at the Virgin Records Megastore on the strip at Downtown Disney in Orlando, FL.

@The Otter: The other really weird thing is that U2 is not a band anyone would want to follow. U2 plays the exact same show every night with the exact same setlist. I don't think the people who wrote this movie totally understand the reasoning behind people following a band on tour…

Here, here.

"Dip trip. Flip fantasia!"

Cash's American Recordings series was pretty boss.

I'm really into the video he did with Bonnie Prince Billy for "Can't Tell Me Nothing" by Kanye West

Alabama's State Motto
Thank God for Mississippi.

Just for the record, I thought 'Stay Positive' was fantastic.

@ed_freeze: You might have a slightly different slant on Bill Joel than I do being from Long Island. I'm from Alabama and I feel the same way about the song "Sweet Home Alabama"… actually, that's not true. That's a great fuckin' song, I just never really need to hear it again.
