The only way to protect a loved one is to literally cut them out of your life. Keeping them in it, being close with them, etc. but not telling your secret does absolutely nothing. A person being in their lives creates the danger. Nothing else.

What the fuck is this? All I've been reading about from most people here is constant bitching about Iris being kept out of the loop. They bring her in and deal with the fallout in a logical way (is she just supposed to be chill and happy she's been lied to by everyone she trust and basically treated like a child?).

Why do so many people to even want those dopey, "Oh my god, you have powers" reactions? It's so trite. This is what we have been building up to all season. We literally have to deal with the fallout. As crazy as it was to keep the secret for so long, having her be like, oh well fuck that, lets talk about your powers

We really need to stop rushing showrunners these days. He doesn't need to be full on Grodd right now. Especially with so much going. I know you are just a little unhappy but leaving room to grow is always important.

Yes, she was walking maguffin. Great character.

She does nothing for three movies and then gives her powers away. I wouldn't care about of difference between comic/animation to the big screen if they were positive. None of them are. We basically follow her dating life for three movies and not much else.

My favorite Rogue quote is "I'm more nervous than long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs".

Sigh, the original comment was talking about which X Men movies they would watch over a Marvel movie any day. Some wanted to sub out First Class with the first movie. I can't agree with that because I'm less interested in the X Men movies focus on Wolverine as time goes on. So, I can't rewatch. I don't want to watch

Never thought about that but I cool enjoy that.

Ugh, this is like people preferring Batman begins over Dark Knight all over again. Just a opinion I will never understand (I respect it obviously).. X Men 1 had it's knees cut out from under itself by the head honcho of Fox and it shows. It's just small in every way and there aren't enough great character moments to

Eh, is all I can muster there. Most of it is more interesting in theory than what we got as a result. Again, a good franchise but it doesn't blow me away anymore.

I'm aware of that, I mean a new person with their own version. Not one offs here and there. A new person with a CENTRAL vision.

Now that story was cool!

This is a comments section. I took the time to leave my comments about the current season. Crazy I know. It's even crazier that people can't resist making this same obvious comment anytime someone talks about disinterest in a show in one way or another.

X Men movies are just starting to blend together for me. I know some people will say Marvel movies do the same. But, I can lay out exactly what separates each Marvel movie from each other. And it actually feels like they are trying to build towards something. The X Men movies are just aimless movies that are pretty

I give zero shits about the weak ass Rogue in the X men movie series. Turning her into Jubilee (basically) from the animated series was a waste of a strong/fan favorite character. It's one the reasons I wish the X men would have started over from scratch at this point. To fix lame uses of people Rogue, Colossus and

He was talking about it on a podcast. I just don't remember which one. Might have been nerdist.

A lot of people seem to approach him like that. I mean, I don't know why. People can be assholes even if it doesn't make sense.

I think everyone gets the point of the sketch. People just didn't actually find in funny. I thought it was fine.

I do love his reactions to people who asks him how he got a hot woman like that. First, it's kind of insulting when you think about it. But, also he usually just says "I don't know, by being a nice person."
