effect because those movies have to do the apes in the plain light of
day where as we've barely seen Grodd because they keep him shadows. That

It's not a pointless hiatus. Most shows take off time in March so they can run interruption free until the end of the season. This happens every single year. CW has to start earlier because they usually start their seasons a week before other networks do.
