I didn't even know she wasn't an American after her work on The Americans. I would agree that this was probably her natural accent.

It's not uncommon for people to walk past the homeless like they're not there.
I don't see how a group of 30 or so people can't keep the fences clear of walkers. It takes like five seconds to kill a walker, so one person could kill 120 in 10 minutes. What are they doing all day?
Why don't they just leave on the boat and take a flight from the Bahamas or wherever? I realize there's a storm coming but they could just hole up at a motel until it was safe to leave. It's wise to avoid airports if you're a wanted fugitive.
I did catch the "B" and came down here to write something about the importance of the final shot — but the Doc summed it up nicely. Not sure if Norman is the killer, but the necklace certainly throws the cards in the air.

Then when he said he had an apartment lined up, she sort of flipped out (internally) and left…
The change of heart wasn't the problem, it was making the decision to trust the Governor in the first place. Manufactured conflict.
Had Russo stayed clean and had they won the vote, I believe Frank intended him to be Governor. Once they lost the vote, Russo's chances diminished significantly, so Frank moved on to Plan B. Russo winning the Governorship would have helped the party keep Pennsylvania, and the President would have owed Frank for that.…
Todd said that Frank didn't have a good reason to kill Russo, but if I remember correctly, Russo was saying on the drive home that he wanted to come clean, and mentioned his trip to visit the writer (in the trailer), which implicated Frank. Russo had already threatened to take Frank down with him (using the same…
I liked the shot of the sign at the very end of the scene - "Yellow Jacket Creek" (I believe) - which proved that Daryl was right about the conversation the two brothers had in the woods just before Daryl heard the baby. Merle said that Daryl's sense of direction was off and that if they were hearing water it was…
