Nearly losing one eye or the other 8 times is pretty careless.

@avclub-9024f9f0a80d2d248c7c6efb2e715c37:disqus also gives a good tip on the repair skill. It's one of the most useful in the game.

I love "The Tragic Rise and Fall of King Loki I and the Comic Stylings of His Idiot Brother Thor".

Why thank you! I thought about going for a lurking crocodile, but the colour contrast doesn't really work. And let's face it, a lurking housecat is much more me.

Are you moving house?

Two movie tickets. My wife came too.

Also, go watch Black Narcissus, while keeping in mind that the British were leaving India at the time.

Colonel Blimp (prior to the film) was a well known satirical character, targetted at reactionary 1930s British establishment types. As a reactionary 1930s British establishment type, Churchill thought that the film could be (or could be seen to be) mocking him personally.

I'm lucky with Dogmeat. Using the GOTY version (or any with Broken Steel installed before you meet him) he's got the same "bug" as (another character I won't spoil) making him essentially an unkillable bullet sponge. Which is just as well, as otherwise he gets killed easily and that can get pretty upsetting at times.

Can't speak for the Captain, but I just watched Thor yesterday and it's great fun.

The giant fire ants quest is far too difficult for something you (probably) encounter so early on in the game. But the kid's so scared I feel bad about leaving him hiding for three weeks (in game) while I level up by clearing out the supermarket and the elementary school.

Excellent. I'm at 203. According to BMI, my max healthy weight would be 184, which I'm not entirely convinced by (I'm fairly heavyset), but I'd like to see what I look like at that weight.

Did you swap Delvian and Nebari around there deliberately? Is that the joke? I get so confused.

Well done on 31 weeks!

Edit - PACIFIC RIM SPOILERS, I GUESS

Well yes, but surely the point is that these two pretty terrible, self-absorbed people grow up a bit over the course of the movie. And they might be less self-absorbed in future.

You missed out. It got worse.

Didn't know about the rest of the cast, but had read that Idris Elba (who is also fantastic in it - as he's the best human thing in Pacific Rim, I think that all blockbuster summer movies should be required by law to have Idris Elba in them) took the job because Branagh called him up and asked.

Oh yeah. That.

They cycled into the pool?
