Of the main characters, Fleurot is the one who doesn't sit right with me. I get that she's intensely ambitious and unscrupulous, but she's clever with it, which makes me really not understand why she would take such a professional, not to mention personal, risk by working with Leroy. I know that her former employer

Now now, be fair to Spiral. There's a police officer in the background who looks as though she might be mixed race. I mean, she doesn't get any dialogue, but still, they're obviously trying.
