Just to add - it turns out that maintaining a gimmick account is a lot more time consuming than it's made out to be. So I'm very glad that someone else is running with this.
Though I just don't understand how you were able to register the name "Gowron", which is what I tried first but Disqus said that it was already

Just to add one thing in response to @avclub-bd847fd835b2c6025557898b6aff7b2d:disqus upthread - the fact that men volunteer more for military/combat roles may itself just be a facet of our societal gender roles, which might not be in point in Federation society.

You bring pizza, I'll bring weed. We can use @avclub-04d524031f29c89d78cae864bd6f0de7:disqus's parent's basement though, as my roommate will just shout "NERDS!" at us all night.

I would have gone for @avclub-57d020e695d539d5ef513aa0be1a18e9:disqus 's:

It really discombobulated me when I first saw it, but on rewatch and discussion back in the Buffy reviews I'm actually now completely comfortable with that episode, on the basis that she hasn't been given the cure yet and the final scene is a hallucination.

I'd have gone with "Disqualified."

I watched it. And quite liked it too. Also, Brooker's Screenwipe edition about making it was interesting. Having spent a long time as a TV critic, he's very upfront about the experience of making something himself; how many narrative choices (including fast zombies) are made for budget reasons, pointing out where the

I mean, I could go on.

Every time I travel on the underground (couple of days a week usually) I think about the risk of the train hitting a horse.

Has Spiral been on in the US?

I was going to post something similar.

@avclub-5a1c0dcc8243c086c74ee944052f6f0f:disqus - you forgot the bit about saying why everything's much better here because those things are different.

Yeah, I thought Vitas Mortis was pretty ok. Not the greatest episode I've seen, but certainly not bad. Sort of middle quality mid-run TNG level.

Or, putting it another way, just what @avclub-0ae7484a9f3bbd2a21df420050c032ae:disqus said (I'm a little more ambivalent towards "Durka Returns", but that might just be me getting over the residual boredom from the ep which precedes it. Plus it introduces Chiana).

YES! KEEP GOING!

@avclub-284452bdab5c8151f9f079dc367ceb6b:disqus I'm one of us (I don't play much in the comments here though, as this is my first time viewing). Pretty sure @Buckeroo:disqus is a merkin, so I'm impressed that a call and response from decades-old British kids TV has somehow spread that far.

You had one or two negative things to say about the character too. Only time you got a really good episode to run with (Face of the Enemy) was when you pitched it yourself, if I remember the story correctly.
