"I spent last night in the arms of a girl from LOUISIANA!"

Untrustable Part 2 for me "And God is whoever you're performing for…"

I should have scrolled down before commenting. the "Story of Yo La Tango" is almost twelve minutes. It is also awesome and, as such, could have made an appearance.

With all the talk about Yo La Tengo's 10+ minute songs a few weeks back I thought that they might get a mention. While I am not a huge fan, "The Story of Yo La Tengo" off of "I Am Not Afraid of You…" is a damn good track.

I thought a large part of this episode was Betty becoming more Don-like. She showed bits of confidence, capacity, social grace, and offered her own Draperisms to Sally.

I like how Don lights her cigarette in the kitchen and they both smile at each other in a nod to the Italy trip. Little moments like that (coupled with the stone cold awesomeness of the Italy trip) give me some hope for these two.

Jay, I don't think you can make a clear cut case for this being rape. At all. Pete obviously drove the encounter and many elements (social convention, fear of losing her job, gratitude towards Pete for the dress - unless you feel that he had already burned through every bit of that gratitude in the prior scene)

Probably a bit late here Elegant Victorian Lady but Seagal has a nasty reputation in the stunt community of making sure that all his stuntmen are wearing a cup when they show up on set by kicking them in the junk.

No matter how much I improve*

I'm not quite at the 5:30 mile. I missed the 1 mile run in Central Park (which is the only way I know to get an official1 mile time) this weekend because I was running a half marathon in the Hamptons. I can estimate it well enough and I am about 5:40 by my account. But I ran the half with a 7:23 mile pace which was

Most marathons and half-marathons discourage headphones but, unless you are trying to place, I don't actually think there are ANY repercussions.

If I have a defined distance, I don't mind a long song that, hopefully eats up an entire mile. If I am running a 10K, I want the first mile to be finished in about 7:00 and i find that the Allman Brothers' Band's "Jessica" is perfect (clocking in at 7:05).

I have been trying to run a 5:30 mile for about a year now and I am within about five seconds of that. My playlist is "Fell in Love with a Girl" and Alice in Chains' "Would?"

I liked how Don refused to sit down when Cooper was in his chair, in an attempt to maintain the superior position, but Cooper overpowered him anyway.

If you feel a fire down below it may have resulted from showing up on a Steven Seagal film set without your cup.

But Rampage will be taking over general A-Team related ass kicking duty for a while. Given his persona, expect some overacting.

My original worry (as the sound volume of the Deere kept building and building) was that it was going to run into/over Joan during her conversation with Peggy. I actually had to convince myself that there is no way the writers would do that.

He did his job well by PPL's standards. He cut cost and oversaw increasing revenues. He is being given the chance to go to Bombay to conduct another office overhaul. It is not meant to be a demotion; it is just clear now that he is not a part of the inner circle at PPL.

Or Vanilla Sky? Sorry Josh, that movie was terrible.

Do we know whose office Lois wrecked with the John Deere??
