I don't know if I would call that scene a "waste." Even if it did nothing for you in terms of dialogue, plot, or characterization, Joan's wardrobe sold the hell out of that scene.

I was ready to say that this was the best episode of this season, but the lawnmower incident did not work for me, at all. I laughed when it happened and experienced a visceral sense of dread/embarrasment that is usually reserved for when I screw up in real life, so the scene did have impact; but in the immediate…
I could've sworn it was a Simpson's reference. Oh well.
Speaking of shitting where you eat, "Is it true that Burt took a #2 in the file cabinet before he left?"
This was really a hell of a week for hating. Everyone brought their A game and it made me a happy, unproductive worker.
Gina Carano is certainly no joke, Cyborg is just a monster. But Anna Kournikova was not a joke either; she was a very accomplished doubles player at least!
I can't wait to hear the stories about Carano's struggles with weight on set. Let's hope Soderbergh doesn't need her to maintain 145.
My favorite moment in the show tonight was when Gene gave Bobby the knife. That scene provided me bigger laughs than the prank phone call to Peggy for sure.
Although the Drive by Truckers definitely have my vote for best band of the decade whenever that voting starts. Five studio albums plus live disks and this collection, all of which (yes, even "A Blessing and a Curse") bring the goods.
I guess it depends on who opened. I saw the NYC show in which the Hold Steady headlined and DBT opened. Great concert, but the Hold Steady definitely brought it. DBT receives demerits for having Shonna play "I'm Sorry Houston." Just my opinion.
Hold me now, I'm six feet from the edge and i'm thinking, maybe six feet ain't so far down.
Jeez, you have aggressive sex with a woman against her will one time and you get labeled a rapist, who knew?
Mine kind of build off of two that are here.
Thou shalt miss thine Uncle Charles.
"For Man cannot live on bread, but a homie may be raised on bread and bologna."
A homey cannot live on bread alone, but a homie may be raised on bread and balogna.
I think she sat on Freddy Rumsen's lap. God do I miss that guy. I hope that Betty's father fills the void this show has had since they stopped having Freddy around to piss his pants.
Also, recent interview guest Austin Pendleton was the FEC delegate that Leo summoned to the White House and sent into the West Wing.
Karatloz, i was actually thinking about this yesterday. Does he sell any "property of ZMF" shirts? I think it would fit well given hiw "OWNAGE" schtick.
I don't know, that damn Milo track of Good News pisses me off for 11 seconds and then it's over.
