Back in 2008, the GOP had only a little bit of time to gear up their war machine against Obama. This time around, they've had 20+ years of practice targeting the Clinton's. I really hope that when worse comes to wear, people bitching about her getting the nomination won't stay home or vote for a 3rd party presidential

Yeah, as soon as Matt said there was an army of ninja on the roof, I thought "Ah, The Punisher will get to use that awesome minigun he found!"

That's what I'm afraid BF will do, a 2142 sequel. I'm sure they'll do better multiplayer than CoD. I'm not a fan of the run-and-gun nature of CoD. I know some will argue BF is not much different, but to me, it is. It's a bit more tactical to me, especially when you and your squad are pushing on a position, only to

I'd love a Battlefield game that spans both WW1 and WW2 in the single player, because that'd mean we'd get a sort-of hybrid multiplayer, perhaps. I'm not sure *how* they would outside the European theater, but I can imagine them having, say, some of the battlefields from 1914-1918 but with WWII weaponry and such. I

Speaking of other games, I am hoping that the next Battlefield will be set in either WWI or WWII, preferably WWII. I played BF1942 almost religiously back in the day, and miss that time period with large-scale battles (infantry, armor, naval, and air all in one).

"FRAIIIIIIIJJJJJJEEEEERRRRRRRRRRR!"

Oh wow, I didn't catch that the first time I watched it. That is some top-quality bad. That's a thing, right?

It isn't popular sci-fi if there isn't a large contingent of people complaining before the series even airs.

STOP JINXING US DAMN YOU

Jesus Christ, death, you could take a fucking holiday sometime this year. What in the actual fuck?

I mean, it was just so fun. It hit all the right beats (even if it was copied), and it made going to see Star Wars something you want to do again. There are problems with it, as with all over cinema, but I can easily overlook them because watching the movie isn't a slog, it's just a nice way to escape for a couple of

Guardians of the Galaxy was just pure fun. You'd hope they'd have used it as a basis for Suicide Squad, but, well…

Basically like a lot of the Marvel movies. Something you can put on when you want to really watch a movie, or just have some background noise. They're great popcorn flicks; not trying to be high-class cinema.

Here's what I don't get about that: They clearly show the Martian base beaming to the underwater base to activate it. SO WHERE DID THE ALIENS COME FROM LIKE 70 YEARS BEFORE THE X-COM GUYS BLEW UP CYDONIA?!

Not only is it hard to start and stop a ship that size, but the rudder for Titanic was (if I remember correctly) disproportionally sized for such a vessel. Had the rudder been larger, she might have been more maneuverable, but since she was a luxury liner built not to be the fastest (or make tight turns) but to be

SPINNING NEWSPAPER INJURES PRINTER

"Gentleman, please, we must end the bloodshed. We've all seen too many body bags and ball sacks."

Once again I'd like to complain that the tone of voice he uses is akin to a slimy Southern preacher, and it generally creeps me out.

Mads Mikkelsen IS Hannibal Lecter, no doubt about it. He brought so much to that role that I just can't imagine anyone else bringing the utter darkness that is the character to life.

"Why? Why was I programmed to feel pain?!"
