I'm playing the Star Trek MMO and enjoying it.

I'm pretty stoked for the Old Republic MMO, but I don't think it will be the WOW killer everyone is hoping for.

Rev, thanks for the laugh.

I can't get past the first half to see the second, sorry.

Yeah, but the sixth through ninth seasons of The Simpsons contains some pretty fantastic episodes.

I can't go to the website at work- blogs are blocked, gufaw!- but hasn't he written about that subject before?

You gotta have heart to win it, kid!

Like Mal Reynolds
I'd go to that special place in hell for Christina Hendricks.

Now you're just showing off.

@ Ocean of Cats: Thanks for the information. I was debating on whether or not to buy this game, and the fact that stealth is not even necessary makes it a deal-breaker.

Also, having realized the full mistake of my spelling error, I shall now finally write that Troi/Crusher fanfic I've always dreamed of.

Eliezer: no worries, thanks for the help!

@El Santo: Good point. One of the little in-jokes I liked in Mass Effect 2 were the two copies of alien porn mags you could buy (but thankfully not read).

Trek Nerd: Yeah, we'll have to see. It's been a bit since I've seen early TNG episodes, and I might be looking at them through rose-colored glasses.

About the Kirk/Spock Relationship
Something that I think makes TNG a great series is that this relationship doesn't exist in the beginning, but takes time to grow. It truly feels like these people are working together for the first time (even though two couples, Picard and Crusher/Troi and Riker knew each other). You

We're coming up to Datalore, which I remember being a pretty good episode.

I was going to venture Dane Cook's name as a replacement myself.

It's still far too young to be put in charge of navigating a 600m starship, no matter how smart you are.

Bad Horse: They sort of do in the third or forth season episode "Realm of Fear" where Barclay's fear of the transporter is shown. It's also the first time we see someone's perspective of what being beamed is like.

And Google is pretty much the LCARS, only with more porn hits.
