I loved Bluebeard - easily my favorite novel of Kurt's. He was able to catch a time - the New York Ab/Ex scene, in a way that seemed authentic. Making parody of the art world is the laziest sport in town. Vonnegut nailed it. I love that Rabo's orginal paintings all peeled off the canvas.
