She's playing in the wedding - why wouldn't she be at this hotel?

It wasn't. They could not have been more clear about what this was a callback to.
But last season was great after the first few God-awful episodes…
She's heavier than the typical "hot" actress (and looks like she's gained a little since her bra scene from early in the show's run). Not remotely "fat" and still crazy attractive, but I've seen skinnier women than her too self-conscious to wear a two-piece.
As I wrote above, we're conditioned by comedy trope to believe that the whole thing was going to blow up in Stuart's face. That the waiter was going to say, "Do you want me to say we're out of it so you don't have to come to the back and ask me later?" or something else that would have exposed Stuart's scheme to…
Are those prices really that bad? I go to restaurants with bros—not even on double/group dates or whatever but just with buddies who are neither rich nor classy—with similar entrees and similar prices.
One of the things I've liked about this show, and why I've enjoyed commenting, is the fact that the scripting was just loose enough to allow viewer empathy. There was no mistaking Stuart's buffoonery and role in his own misfortunes, but there was always an ability to attribute at least some of the buffoonery to the…
*Kyle Mooney was absolutely awesome here. There was a part of me almost hoping he wasn't going to reveal he was humoring Stuart. The way he played student was just epic, and I so wanted it to be sincere.
I was so expecting the Shawnsee thing to go the way of the season one Louie storyline; glad it didn't go in THAT particular direction of deviance.
If I understood Molly correctly, she was saying that she was expecting the gag to end up biting Stuart in the ass as far as the actual date was concerned. As in - the waiter would accidentally (but not really accidentally) reveal what Stuart had been doing.
Not to mention him casually trying to unbutton her top.
It's funny - I felt the opposite way about introducing Carrie's scenes to the mix. It's not that they were bad or without nice potential setups for the future, but I was fine with this one centering only on Brody's storyline.
Yeah, definite typo in the review - not only didn't Rick kill her, but he didn't even put the mercy bullet in her brain to prevent her from turning.
I know Glee was sold to weekend syndication, and you're right, that should have begun this fall.
Agreed completely. Amy was happy when she thought Sheldon was being SINCERE in wanting to watch Little House, but once she realized what he was doing, the fantasy of her boyfriend acting like a boyfriend went out the window.
The niche comic-book-loving chicks don't seem to really exist in the universe of this show.
I'm actually stunned they didn't go with the obvious "joke" of having Raj and Stuart show up as each other's matches.
It sounds weird in principle, but I think from a ratings standpoint, their "first time" would do monster numbers. The "live sex celebration" drew huge ratings for WWE, and this has been something TBBT has been pushing for years. Keeping them together is the way to go.
Technically, Marley and Finn had some big moments last year. First with Finn supporting Marley after she wrecked sectionals and later when Marley coached Finn on getting over the Emma kiss.
