Trophy Wife is such a lame pilot and doesn't seem on brand with the site (save for Malin Akerman's Childrens connection), so that's an odd one.

"You know you’re in for a good Childrens Hospital when everything Sal Viscuso says is funny"
The "No one sacks a Cutler…Actually everyone sacks Cutler" exchange was pretty gold.
Completely agree with the misalignment between David Tate's original kills and his alleged motivation. It's why I thought last week's episode, which made the stakes and motives too personal for Tate, was the worst of the series.
I agree with what you're saying here, and I noted that the human/sociology-driven storylines and jokes are "sloppier, more desperate and more exaggerated than on Curb and Seinfeld."
I disagree with the first half of #1.
I think the average "bro" is supposed to enjoy Andre's misery as a sign that money doesn't really buy happiness. Andre has all this money to buy nice apartments, expensive clothes, etc, but he can't shake being a loser. And that makes the others—and, if the show's working, the viewer—apt to enjoy his misfortune.
Farting when you're at the urinal always induces a lighthearted grown from the other people in the bathroom. Not the freakout the other dude at the urinal had, but it's not considered standard practice.
He thought Venus Williams was in the NFL…
So they kept referring to single life as being like NFL Redzone, but what they were describing sounded more like NFL Sunday Ticket (where you get all the games and can switch to what you want) than the RedZone channel (which consistently switches to games in which teams are likely to score, but only shows the viewer…
I don't think it's exactly "here, you do it." After all, he just opted to save Frye's life at the expense of his son's, so I don't think he WANTED the tragic ending in which Tate killed Frye but wouldn't reveal where the kid was.
I thought the eye work was excellent - she did a great job.
Was very obvious something was going to happen - of the three couplings, why would Louis' get the final segment?
This is the show that allowed Harvey to get Deron Williams' max contract tripled in the middle of a playoff game. But I would certainly hope they recognize Mike could never "go legit" and practice law.
You don't necessarily "go to Stanford if you get in" above Harvard, Yale and Columbia. And you certainly don't "go to Stanford if you get in" if your roots and aspirations are in New York.
Including Donna in storylines (and not just the relationship with Steven; really any incorporation of her into things with stakes) has killed her character. As the smart-mouthed, sassy secretary, she was great. As some sort of emotionally-vulnerable moral center or whatever, it doesn't work. Sarah Rafferty isn't…
He wasn't dating Rachel until this season. His priorities were different. And even if they weren't, he wasn't in a position to fully process the consequences when her moving away wouldn't threaten a relationship they had.
The actress? Since when is Abigail Spencer not everyone's favorite person?
— I know it's quibbling in semantics, but my interpretation of the affidavit was different than described in the review
Sort of. I mean, you're definitely supposed to like the character, but it's in a "aww, he's old, out of touch, ignorant and racist..how cute" sort of way. You're not supposed to agree with his worldview.
