Huh?  I watched the early release episode of this on the NBC website/On Demand.  Why would they change it after it already went live to the public?
(Unless I was subconsciously being racist when I watched, I could have sworn there was a reference to Meagan Good's mom working for the family)

Meagan Good is fine on the cover of Maxim or whatever, but she absolutely cannot lead a show. Her lack of presence was embarrassing for a major network series.

Completely agree.

Sofia's deviance has been ridiculous this season.  The way she strolled arm-in-arm with Rafi this week was ridiculous, and that's nothing compared to earlier in the season when she didn't coil in disgust (and in fact seemed to reciprocate) when he kissed her.

That linguistic comedy comes from the same school as Seinfeld and Curb.

The show was done in as a result of simultaneously being too fake and too real.

I actually think it's a bad thing—not a good thing—that Jennifer Carpenter was able to improvise that moment after the shooting.

The ending twist with Christine was just way too obvious.  But, what can you do, they didn't want things to get totally bleak (unless the US just wipes out the island in the finale).

I'm not going to say I didn't laugh this week, because I did.  I thought Smulders and Radnor in particular brought their A games this week.

I'd actually argue that booking Stevenson as a side character is proof that the writers no longer "get" their show and what the fans want out of it.
