More of this and less of Foam Finger and Friendship Fish, please.

Amidst this constant relationship crap, they emphasized Sarah as a parent in Seasons 1 and 2.

I hate that it's now on Fridays. I used to be able to watch in Monday, when there's less TV to watch. Tuesdays are a nightmare now with the glut of shows that I follow. I'm routinely up til like 2am multi-tasking to not feel guilty watching my TV shows.

@Darth Weevil: I don't think syndication is restricted to in-network. Money is money to the production studio.

Galadriel's back!

I felt proud of myself for knowing that was a Delta Rae song as they played it. They're great. It was fitting too.

Aside from Fleetwood Mac, they're also set on publicizing one indie artist's work each season. This year it's Ruu Campbell (Mathereal is a BEAUTIFUL song). Last year it was Lucy Schwartz (I know she's been engaged with the show since the beginning, but they sampled a couple of her songs from her EP last year).

Suburgatory at 9:30, for the Ryan Shay show.

Too bad it's not a fit for ABC Family. FNL being successful in syndication at ABC Family would have been the bellweather, but we know how that worked…

It will be renewed. It won its time slot consistently and has the support of NBC execs. Plus it's 20 episodes away from the magic-88 (I'm definitely curious to know where it will be syndicated — wouldn't be TNT or USA… Lifetime?).

@bfred: Drew's an average student. Probably mostly A's and B's, but not at Haddie's level. Would probably go to a state school like UC Davis, Cal Poly, etc.

Shameless decided it wanted to be less Parenthood and more Weeds. Fair choice.

Next week's synopsis states that Drew finds out the results of his college applications. Miles Heizer may be transitioned out of the show like Ramos, which would be welcomed by me.

But is this show better than Homonym?

@dahlhaus: Fine, you're right. Drew did need to man up, and he tacitly consented to whatever Amy did by providing the money. I appreciate how he was supportive (compared to Troy with Zoe, from last season, even if that's slightly different), but he didn't act true to himself.

@kates254: Fair enough. But then that's on Drew's support structure. It's not like I like Drew the character anyway…
