Matt Hubbard
Took a huge risk with writing more than 10 seconds of Kenneth but the Jack-Kenneth plot was one of the strongest the show has done this season. I rather they put more focus on business!Jack than daddy/romance!Jack. Voice-activation remote and the black bar stuff sound so stupid on paper but it was

Technically she's married to Xerox heir who was kidnapped by Somalia pirates on his boat.

Yeah but the marriage cert was wrong so we are supposed to assume that they just fixed it and will not show Avery's reaction at all?

Guffawed
That Billy Joel fight was so bizarre and random and could have really tanked but somehow it worked. I like that they still sort of dropped a line about Liz's adoption and 'Unclaimed Professional Baby Boy'.

" To trash one episode, especially if you're a fan, seems silly to me."

Yeah I was really surprised by her acting in the Weinerslav scene. Usually she plays the 'emotional' scenes in a more comic way but recently she has given a lot more depth to Liz acting-wise.

This episode was filled with callbacks; there was a whole list at the end. But art-paintings of horses was my favourite one.

B+ for Spaceman
I actually didn't really like the Jack/Liz plot as much as the others. It was like a really loud message to the shippers that Jack and Liz are great together but they will never BE together which I think has been pretty clear since Tina Fey has quashed any notions of a romantic possibility. So the

Milton's non-Christmas descriptions for the holiday.

B+
Some really hilarious lines. But nothing will ever top 2 black swans. Also I'm glad that Will Forte is getting work.

You're welcome.

Alec Baldwin sure can sell emotion. In the hands of any lesser actor, it would have been huge mess.

B at best
Some parts worked and some didn't. I don't like the return of 'disgusting Liz' and Jack and Liz need to share a stronger plot together. Also, too much Kenneth.

Meh
I feel like Community fans/stans tend to do very long justifications about every episode no matter the quality; the worst the episode, the longer the prose. And there really wasn't much to overanalyse here.

Never watched Outsourced but I liked that both sides here were blatantly 'racist'; didn't care about what they other side thought and weren't apologetic about it, which is a more realistic reaction.

Also nice callback to 'rural juror' with Toofer and Jenna's 'sha-raaade'.

Deserves an A
They squeezed a lot into this episode. And the college-theme tied all the plots together really well.

Hilarious episode
Nice change of pace from the usual 3 or 4 separate plots per episode. I love to watch this cast interact together; probably the ensemble with the best chemistry on tv right now.

LUKE
continues to be the best part of the show. This was better than the last two but those heartwarming moments are still really forced.

Meh
She doesn't have any romantic chemistry with Alec Baldwin. Her character is just another tail and it's making the whole 'they love each other a lot' message very strained. Edie Falco was way better in this respect.
