They are really diverging plot wise from the book but it works for me so far. But I'm not a purist when it comes to this sort of thing.

The footage was blurred out in the actual broadcast.  They made a point about it in the episode.

You don't know if Jerry was an at will employee.  It is entirely possible that he was a contracted employee.

How does the Matrix not make this list?  The first film had a great conclusion that fit perfectly into the storyline.  Which they completely unwound in order to make two more movies in completely implausible ways.

No.  In Westeros time only about a year has transpired.  In the books Robb was 19 at the time and Jon was 18.

It was a white walker.

The entire point of the scene was that TB was trying to intimidate and frighten Dany.   He wasn't trying to show off that he was a misogynist.  He was trying to cow her by letting her understand what he plans to do to her.

Well sure.  So it all comes down to females being aesthetically more pleasing and men not having boobs to excite the ladies?

Not sure what you're expecting with the nudity.  Plenty of ass is shown, both male and female.  They show plenty of tits but it's like they are showing off the cooch all the time.
