Google images isn't very kind to your town

I think Hayley is the weak link in the show, very one dimensional compared to how well developed Francine, Stan, Roger and Steve are.

Same thing for me but with Homicide and that it had the opposite effect.

Or even better, the channel could show the best pilots that weren't picked up by the networks(unlikely)

The ol can of spaghettios routine again?

I think the 90s has a good case for ushering in ambitious telelvision with Homicide, Twin Peaks, X Files and so on.

I don't think this episode was near as funny as anything from the original Family Guy run, it was a neat concept but I disagree with the grade.

Agreed from the guy who will go to bat for it being a better than any non simpsons cartoon.

Definitely this, I mostly watch Community to see what they'll try next, the comedy is just very hit or miss for me, Troy being the only consistently funny character. Parks is safer but much funnier

The cash they make off of shows like this and the crappy shows they buy for syndication help prop up lower rated shows and allow Mr Landgraf to take more risks. Their development cycle is as good as it's ever been.

If anything, moves like this help FX put out more interesting and ambitious projects.

You're right, it's not trashy, that's unfair.

if you give it a go, just make sure it's with a few friends in case you find it as craptacular as I did.

That said, the eventual rifftrax will no doubt be great.

Raw Meat is terrible and I have a high tolerance for trash

this is a weird comment

The interview with Amy Sedaris was made doubly enjoyable after enduring Klausner.

I'm hoping it's because AV Club agrees with me that he's a scumbag buuuuuuut it's more likely due to the abundance of good podcasts out there.
