I don't know that you're ENTIRELY right here. Yes, the Internet IS a major center of people saying deliberately awful things in an effort to upset people, then disingenuously playing the martyr when they're called out on it.

Yeah… burgers mediocre at best, chicken and chicken-adjacent items surprisingly decent. (And regional now, apparently.)
Come on. No Mr. Rogers?
Well, it's a lot easier to be Eddie.
Well, that's the only way anything's going to work. Eight dollars a month won't finance the entertainment industry by itself.
It ended last month, I think. The episode was filmed in December, so they were doing the awards show thing anyway.
My assumption has always been that Garrett gets 90% of the way through every class, then panics and flunks the final exam, necessitating a do-over. Non-canonical, of course. But we do know that Garrett's been at Greendale longer than Jeff et al. (because Annie was the only first-year student in Duncan's psych lab…
Yeah — they probably cut it off at the right time. Not saying Garrett overextending himself wouldn't be funny, but that'd be a joke about Garrett, not one about Jeff/Willy/the premise of the episode.
Pretty sure the rig was only used when people were pushing it manually. There was a similar version of Willy's iPad with the legs from a wheeled office chair, because the actual remote control devices were super unreliable. If they bumped into anything, even grazed the side of a table or something, they'd go haywire…
Yes, now I remember. The second documentary episode, about the Greendale commercial, was the first Dean-centric episode, and that was an interesting moment… thinking "so what does an episode about the Dean look like?" And that was one of my favorite episodes by far, even if it did involve me in very disturbing spandex.
Now I have to watch it and see which take they used… the stuff after "is Jeff being a little too serious?" or whatever was an ad lib, and it went in some pretty weird directions in a couple takes, with Garrett getting overconfident and trying to make more jokes, only to find himself in over his head.
Everything I've heard suggests that the budget is higher than seasons 4-5, but lower than the first season or two. Obviously they don't give me the numbers, and they're not running around chanting "SLIGHTLY MORE MONEY!" or anything, so this is hearsay.
Thanks!
Chang was always part of the main cast. The Dean joined in season… 2? 3?
You didn't get what I was saying there. It wasn't the number of words, it was the basis for saying anything. I wrote six paragraphs because I had six paragraphs of actual knowledge. This guy was an idiot misogynist who didn't work in the comedy business and didn't know anything about how it works, therefore he should…
Well, a lot of good comics have been on that show. I think the difference is that "Last Comic Standing" is largely or entirely (depending on the year) performance-based.
Yeah, I'm not going to criticize any comedian or actor or etc. for doing anything. I am going to criticize some sections of the media for their insistence on exploring the depressing world of open mics and their mostly delusional occupants, instead of exploring the careers of actually talented and successful comedians.
It's two words, misogynist. You misspelled one of them, probably because you're really dumb, but it's two words.
You're dumb because you posted a non sequitur.
Ah. "White knights." You're a _misogynist_. Here I was thinking you were just a regular idiot, but it turns out you're a malicious idiot, which explains a lot. Carry on, then.
