There NEEDS to be some kind of epilogue in the last episode that has Toby discussing how he figured out who the SS was. His unsuccessful mystery novel writing career has to pay off with that.

I think he was really throwing his weight into that warehouse guy actor and he fell on his ass. Maybe it was meant to look like he knew he would lose that fight, but I like the idea of him getting his ass kicked.
