Failed for improper use of semi-colons (I think)

Agreed about Frank being intelligent and being able to rally people….just imagine his potential if he chose to do something productive!

I really liked Ian's simple explanation for why he hasn't tried to balance his meds/see his shrink, even though he knows that's what he needs to do:

"I'll take that as a solid maybe" after he asks the coma guy if he can hear him made me laugh way harder than it should have….his line reading is so spot on. This show would be so much less funny without his dry, scathing delivery. You can tell he's so angry but still trying to process everything, while starting to

I kind of hope they're building it up for an epic blowup by the assistant…although looking at the abuse that Gary has put up with so far it doesn't seem all that likely

I don't think Ballers was great TV, but the combination of the Rock's charisma and Rob Corddry just being generally awesome is enough for me to keep tuning in

I've never understand the complaint with how he got back to Gotham. Would the movie really have been better with a 30 second scene where he retrieves his money from a bank and then bribes his way back to the city? Or shows him sitting on a plane, or scuba diving back in…..really? Bruce Wayne is one of the smartest and

Pretty catchy song though

That seems more like a teenager thing than bipolar to me, although it probably doesn't help. I think Fiona's problem is not that she cares too much, but that she lets her siblings know it. Being raised by your sister would be pretty weird, maybe they just need some space - even if she is right.
And I'm fine with

So you're ok with the fact that they developed technology to freeze people for 2000 years, but this is where you're drawing the line? I think you have to accept some things like with science fiction. If they advanced technology to the point of cryo-chambers, I don't think it's a stretch to assume they solved the other

I was thinking that too….kind of hope they don't go that route since it's predictable

I do like that it's his own mistakes that are causing him to miss what he wants….i.e. not writing his address on the sign and setting off the fireworks. He's his own worst enemy for sure.

Totally agree…..although his reading of "…so, do you need directions, or….." was pretty funny

Agreed on him not being likable…I really hope they move past this crush on Melissa once and for all. I loved the first 2 episodes, thought the 3rd was ok, and until the introduction of Todd was pretty bummed out by these last ones. The show has real potential if it can get away from being just another relationship

I'm a guy and I definitely like it….I think it's found a nice rhythm after a bit of a slump. The Danny/Mindi pairing is really working and they've become a couple I actually want to see stay together. The Mindi characater is fantastic, her blind self-confidence is both hilarious and kind of inspiring.

Oh man, that would just be perfect

I don't know, I think most dog owners would go full John Wick if someone murdered their dog like that. I know I would.

Totally agree. The hotel, dinner service, the gold coins…..such a richly developed world. I loved this movie so much, and have been annoying my coworkers to no end to try and get them to see it. The general consensus is "uhhhh isn't that the one where they kill his dog?". What I'm saying is, I work with idiots.
And I

If you're willing to give HBO Sunday night another chance, check out Togetherness. I think it's a great show that's come running out of the gate in terms of quality, and has been getting consistently positive reviewes on this site.
I agree about Showtime though - they've really stepped up in terms of quality (probably

Plus it led to a kind of terrible plot on Parenthood…..hopefully if they proceed with the charter plot on this show it will be slightly more realistic
