This has nothing to do with Game of Thrones specifically and more about HBO in general.  Has anyone noticed on HBO Go they have older shows like The Sopranos, Six Feet Under Seasons 2-5 and Carnivale in HD?  The Wire isn't in HD cause it wasn't filmed with the best cameras.
I find this almost ridiculous that they

But all are better than Bobby because Bobby is nonexistent.  Haha

I'm confused as to why Peggy and Betty are still heavily forced into the show.  Sure Peggy is one of the best characters on the show but it's so forced to have her on the show.  She had no interaction with any of the main cast in this episode. Not to say this episode was bad, the production, sets, makeup, and

Damn this show is pretty impressive for being on Network TV.  Almost reminds me of Breaking Bad pacing wise.  Acting from all involved is impressive as well.  Can't believe this is on NBC, I really hope it isn't cancelled.

This should be done Deadwood

It's pretty easy to see that Breaking Bad and Game of Thrones will end up at the top of the lists in December.  With Game of Thrones finally reaching a decent amount of episodes this year it will only get better and adapting the most acclaimed book into two seasons.  Not to mention I don't think enough credit is given

Honestly I have nothing against binge watching but what I do hate about it is that everyone that usually binge watches has no respect for TV as an art form or on par with movies.  They pretty much binge watch a show once and never watch it again.  TV shows have come a long way in the last decade and a half and are on

Well The Following is only having 15 episodes its first season.  Not sure if this will be true for season 2 but if it is then maybe Networks are trying to go a more cable route of keeping episode count low and larger breaks between seasons.

But The Sopranos is still the most watched show in HBO history.  Pretty impressive considering it's on the of most acclaimed shows in history and had pretty good viewership.

What pure horror show even gets extremely high critical reviews?  American Horror Story is liked by some and blasted by others.  I don't know if The Walking Dead is pure horror because it's a zombie show with a more of an emphasis on gore and action but that probably has gotten the highest reviews of anything horror

What I don't get is how the show can even continue past season 3.  If you rewatch season 1 you notice they concluded pretty much all the storylines brought up by the end of season 2.  The vice president is killed in season 2 so that pretty much clears any revenge story for Brody or Abu Nazir.  Abu Nazir is killed at

You guys forgot A Good Day to Die Hard.  Although I actually expect it to be somewhat decent. Out of Schwarzenegger, Stallone and Bruce Willis I'd say Willis is having the best later career acting.  I think Bruce Willis committing to baldness is they key to his success.  An older bald guy looks much more menacing than

You could really put the last 9 episodes of season 6 on here and it would be an amazing list

Oh yeah best final 9 episodes of any show starting next week

Long Term Parking is VanDerWerff's favorite episode of the Sopranos so that's pretty much gauranteed.  It's a hard show to narrow down to a top 10.  Would be easier to pick a top 25 of Sopranos

Anybody else reminded of The Sopranos when Tony killed Christopher and he raised his arms in the air like Louie did?
