THEY TOOK MY SON!!

THEY TOOK MY SON!!

If the meth aspect is still in play in the final 8 episodes then they have simply too much story to tell in the last 8 episodes.  The last 8 should be focused on the singular goal of concluding the series not ballooning it more with the meth aspect.  Not to mention the meth aspect became a little boring this episode

But in all honesty would you rather say goodbye to Breaking Bad in 8 weeks?  I don't know if I'm ready.  Maybe if i just started watching this season I would want it to finish.  But I started watching while season 3 was airing and I'm not quite ready to say goodbye yet.

Someone actually called this on the internet weeks ago saying that Hank would find that book.  And used pictures from previous episodes to point towards theirs suspicion.  It makes sense if you think about it.  Why have that book in the show if it wouldn't lead to anything.  But I can say I didn't see it coming

Anyone else think Breaking Bad will cut to black next year at this time a la The Sopranos?

Well there are those flashbacks to Gus's past.  But I think this is the first flashback directly from the show previously aired

Since no one has discussed it yet I thought I would add that I think the cancer came back for Walter.  That may have led him to quitting the meth business.  They never told you what happened though

I'm guessing that with how easy business flowed after killing Mike that Walter saw really no challenge anymore in the months after.  He probably got bored in addition to having a ton of money.

It makes sense where they split it though.  It sets up the last 8 perfectly.  Walter quit making meth and now it's all about being hunted by Hank.  It makes sense that they would want the meth to be done in order to concentrate the hunting of Walter White.  Otherwise there is too much story to tell in 8 episodes with
